Princess Zara and Captain Fitzbattleaxe (Jeffrey Coon).
Princess Zara's father, King Paramount (John Dennison), introduces her to the populace.
Sir Bailey Barre (Tyler Hains) reveals his plans for improving Utopia.
Princess Zara and Captain Fitzbattleaxe sing "Sweet and Low."
The entire House of Peers proposes to Phyllis.
Strephon and Iolanthe (Charlotte Erikkson, Sweden) talk while Phyllis and the Peers eavesdrop.
The Queen of the Fairies (Julie May, USA) and her daughters defeat the Lord Chancellor (Ron Pidcock, Australia) and the Peers.
Private Willis (Tony Smith, UK) stands sentry at Parliament;
Phyllis recognizes Mountararat (Ian Henderson, UK) and Tolloller (Rich Miller, USA) as the noblemen she's engaged to marry.
Mountararat and Tolloller persuade the Lord Chancellor to propose to marry Phyllis.
Strephon and Phyllis are reunited.
Iolanthe reveals that she is the Lord Chancellor's wife.
The company bows.
